Q: What kind of payment method do you use?
A: For the time being, we only accept Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may register here.

Q: Do I have to register as a member to make a purchase?
A: No, it is not necessary.

Q: What happened after an order has been made?
A: The buyer will receive a notification email each from Paypal and Rustic Malaysia on the order that has been made. Then, an email from Rustic Malaysia indicating that the order has been shipped will be sent to the buyer .

Q: How long will it take to process my order and for me to get my order?
A: After we have received the confirmation of payment from Paypal, we will ship your order. It will take approximately 2 weeks for you to get your order. However, the actual delivery time may differ and are subjected to the delivery company’s term and conditions.

Q: What courier service are you using? Will I be provided with a tracking number for my order?
A: The courier service that we use is the Malaysia Postal Service and yes, we will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.
